MY KIND OF WORKOUT!! except i go straight to the last step and skip all the others!!!
Given the cats I’ve ever met, I can’t wrap my mind around the idea of a Cat workout. (Well, maybe one stretch a day.)
I’m kinda surprised that water and chocolate are all that’s needed to recover from that!
This is soooooo me when I work out… and I need to start doing something this month before I blob completely away!
